1. Introduction

Welcome to Pumastock.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Pumastock ("Pumastock," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Pumastock website, applications, digital asset marketplace, subscription services, contributor services, and all related products, features, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, uploading content, downloading content, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies, agreements, or guidelines referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, subscriber, contributor, customer, business account, agency account, and any other individual or entity accessing the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

You further acknowledge that certain features or services may be governed by additional agreements, policies, or licensing terms published by Pumastock from time to time.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any service-specific agreement, the service-specific agreement shall prevail with respect to that particular service.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;

• possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts;

• comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

• not be prohibited from using online services under the laws of your country.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Pumastock reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

4. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

Account means a registered profile created to access features of the Platform.

Content means photographs, illustrations, vectors, PSD files, mockups, templates, AI-generated content, graphics, digital resources, and any other materials made available through the Platform.

Contributor means any individual or entity that uploads, licenses, submits, or otherwise provides Content to the Platform.

Subscription means any paid or promotional access plan offered by Pumastock.

License means the rights granted to a User under the applicable License Agreement.

Platform means the Pumastock website, applications, software, databases, APIs (if available), and all related services.

User means any visitor, registered member, customer, subscriber, contributor, or organization using the Platform.

5. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from Pumastock.

These communications may include:

• account notifications;

• subscription confirmations;

• invoices and receipts;

• security alerts;

• legal notices;

• policy updates;

• technical announcements;

• service-related communications.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

6. Account Registration

Certain features of the Platform require the creation of a user account.

When registering, you agree to:

• provide accurate, complete, and current information;

• maintain the accuracy of your account information;

• keep your login credentials confidential;

• immediately notify Pumastock of any unauthorized use of your account;

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, authentication credentials, and any other account security information.

You agree not to:

• sell or transfer your account;

• create fraudulent accounts;

• impersonate another individual or organization.

Pumastock reserves the right to require identity verification whenever necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties.

8. User Representations and Warranties

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• all information you provide is truthful and accurate;

• your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws;

• you will not use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes;

• you will respect the intellectual property rights of others;

• you will comply with all applicable license restrictions.

Any violation of these representations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
