Contributor Agreement

1. Introduction
This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between Pumastock ("Pumastock," "we," "our," or "us") and any individual or legal entity ("Contributor," "you," or "your") who uploads, submits, distributes, licenses, or otherwise makes digital content available through the Pumastock Platform (the "Platform").
By creating a Contributor Account, uploading Content, or otherwise participating as a Contributor, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement together with our Terms of Service, License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all other applicable policies published by Pumastock.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not upload or submit any Content to the Platform.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
Contributor means any individual or legal entity that uploads, submits, or otherwise makes digital assets available through the Platform.
Content means photographs, illustrations, vector files, PSD files, mockups, templates, AI-generated content, graphics, icons, and all other digital assets accepted by Pumastock.
Platform means the Pumastock website, applications, software, databases, APIs (where available), and all related technologies and services.
Customer means any User who purchases, downloads, or licenses Content through the Platform.
Contributor Account means the registered account used to upload, manage, and distribute Content.
Intellectual Property Rights means copyrights, trademarks, database rights, design rights, neighboring rights, trade dress, and all other proprietary rights recognized under applicable law.
AI-Generated Content means Content created entirely or partially through artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies.
3. Eligibility
To become a Contributor, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You have full legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
You possess all rights necessary to upload and license your Content.
You are not prohibited by law from licensing digital assets.
All information provided to Pumastock is accurate, complete, and current.
If you act on behalf of a company or organization, you further represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
Pumastock reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Contributor application at its sole discretion.
4. Contributor Account
To upload Content, you must maintain an active Contributor Account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate registration information.
Keep your account information current.
Protect your login credentials.
Immediately notify Pumastock of unauthorized access.
Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your Contributor Account.
Pumastock may request identity verification, tax documentation, payment verification, or additional information at any time.
Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed approval, restricted account functionality, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your Contributor Account.
5. Content Submission
Contributors may upload digital assets supported by the Platform, including but not limited to:
Stock photographs
Vector graphics
PSD files
Mockups
Illustrations
Templates
AI-generated Content
Other digital creative assets accepted by Pumastock
All submitted Content is subject to technical, quality, legal, and editorial review before publication.
Submission of Content does not guarantee approval, publication, licensing, sale, or commercial availability.
Pumastock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, categorize, edit metadata, delay publication, temporarily disable, permanently remove, or otherwise manage submitted Content without prior notice.
Contributors are responsible for providing accurate metadata, including titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, AI disclosures, and any required release documentation.
Duplicate, misleading, deceptive, spam, or intentionally low-quality Content may be rejected or removed.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Contributor retains all copyrights, ownership rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Content submitted to the Platform.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall transfer ownership of the Content or any underlying intellectual property rights to Pumastock.
By uploading Content, the Contributor grants Pumastock a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, and transferable (only where necessary for the operation of the Platform) authorization to host, display, reproduce, promote, market, distribute, and facilitate the licensing of the Content through the Platform.
Pumastock acts solely as a digital marketplace and licensing intermediary.
The Contributor expressly authorizes Pumastock to grant licenses to Customers on the Contributor's behalf in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable License Agreement.
All licenses issued to Customers originate from the rights granted by the Contributor under this Agreement.
The Contributor represents and warrants that:
They are the lawful owner of the Content or possess all necessary rights to license it.
The Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
All required permissions, licenses, model releases, property releases, and other authorizations have been obtained before uploading the Content.
The Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted to Pumastock under this Agreement, all ownership and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the Contributor.
