License Agreement

1. Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between Pumastock ("Pumastock," "we," "our," or "us") and any individual or legal entity ("User," "you," or "your") that accesses, licenses, downloads, or otherwise uses any digital content made available through the Pumastock platform (the "Platform").
All digital assets available on the Platform are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights.
By downloading, licensing, accessing, or using any Content available through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published by Pumastock.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not download, license, access, or use any Content available through the Platform.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Agreement:
Asset means any digital file made available through the Platform, including but not limited to photographs, illustrations, vectors, PSD files, mockups, templates, AI-generated content, graphics, icons, and other downloadable materials.
Licensed Content means any Asset that has been lawfully licensed through the Platform.
License means the limited rights granted to a User under this Agreement.
Customer means any User who purchases, downloads, licenses, or otherwise accesses Licensed Content.
Contributor means any individual or legal entity that uploads, submits, licenses, or otherwise provides Assets to the Platform.
Commercial Use means any use intended for commercial, promotional, advertising, business, or revenue-generating purposes.
Editorial Use means use for news reporting, commentary, educational materials, documentary projects, or other informational purposes where permitted.
End Product means the final work into which Licensed Content has been incorporated.
Derivative Work means any work that has been modified, edited, adapted, combined, or transformed using Licensed Content.
Subscription means any membership plan providing access to Licensed Content under applicable subscription terms.
3. Grant of License
Subject to this Agreement and the applicable Subscription or License purchased by the User, Pumastock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Licensed Content solely for the purposes expressly permitted under this Agreement.
No ownership rights are transferred to the User.
All copyright, intellectual property rights, and ownership interests remain with the applicable rights holder.
No rights shall be granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise beyond those expressly stated in this Agreement.
4. License Types
Pumastock may offer one or more license types depending on the Content, subscription plan, or future business model.
These may include, without limitation:
Standard License
Extended License
Commercial License
Enterprise License
Editorial License
Any additional license types introduced by Pumastock in the future
The rights granted under each License may differ depending on the applicable License terms published by Pumastock.
Where multiple License types are available, the specific License selected by the User shall govern the permitted use of the Licensed Content.
5. Permitted Uses
Subject to the applicable License and Subscription plan, Licensed Content may generally be used for purposes including, but not limited to:
Websites
Blogs
Landing pages
Mobile applications
Desktop software
Social media platforms
Digital advertising
Search engine marketing campaigns
Email marketing campaigns
Online presentations
Printed brochures
Catalogs
Magazines
Newspapers
Books
Educational materials
Corporate presentations
Marketing campaigns
Product packaging
Business communications
YouTube videos
Streaming content
Television advertising
Promotional materials
Client projects
Other commercial or personal projects permitted under the applicable License.
All permitted uses remain subject to any applicable License limitations, Subscription conditions, intellectual property rights, and restrictions described in this Agreement.
The scope of permitted use may vary depending on the selected License type and Subscription plan.
