Subscription Policy

1. Introduction
This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription plans, membership benefits, renewals, download limits, cancellations, and related services offered through the Pumastock Platform ("Platform").
By purchasing or using a Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy, together with our Terms of Service, License Agreement, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies published by Pumastock.
2. Subscription Plans
Pumastock may offer various Subscription plans, including but not limited to:
Monthly Subscription
Annual Subscription
Promotional Subscription Plans
Trial or Special Subscription Plans (where available)
The features, pricing, download limits, and benefits of each Subscription plan may differ.
Pumastock reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Subscription plan at any time.
3. Access to Licensed Content
An active Subscription is required to download Licensed Content unless Pumastock expressly states otherwise.
Access to downloadable Content is subject to:
Your active Subscription.
The applicable License Agreement.
Available download limits.
Compliance with all Platform policies.
Some Content may be unavailable due to licensing restrictions, legal requirements, technical issues, or removal by the Contributor.
4. Download Limits
Each Subscription includes download allowances that may be limited on a daily, monthly, annual, or other periodic basis.
Unless otherwise specified by Pumastock:
Daily download limits reset every 24 hours.
Monthly download limits reset at the beginning of each subscription cycle.
Unused downloads do not roll over or accumulate.
Download limits are personal and may not be transferred to another account.
Attempts to bypass download limits through multiple accounts, automation, or other unauthorized methods are strictly prohibited.
5. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes, duties, or fees may be charged separately where required by law.
Prices may change for future billing periods.
Price changes will not affect the current paid subscription period but may apply upon renewal.
6. Automatic Renewal
Unless automatic renewal is disabled before the renewal date, your Subscription may automatically renew for the same billing period.
By enabling automatic renewal, you authorize Pumastock or its authorized payment provider to charge the applicable Subscription fee using your selected payment method.
You may disable automatic renewal through your account settings, where available.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your Subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not terminate the current Subscription immediately.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Access to Subscription benefits generally continues until the end of the active subscription term.
8. Changes to Subscription Benefits
Pumastock may modify Subscription features, download limits, pricing, available Content categories, or other benefits from time to time.
Such changes will generally apply prospectively and will not affect rights already granted during an active paid subscription period unless required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
9. Suspension or Termination
Pumastock reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Subscription if:
This Policy or any other applicable agreement is violated.
Fraudulent activity is detected.
Payment cannot be completed.
Download limits are intentionally abused.
The Platform is used in violation of applicable laws or Platform policies.
Suspension or termination under these circumstances does not automatically entitle the User to a refund.
10. Policy Updates
Pumastock may revise this Subscription Policy from time to time.
The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform or any Subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
