Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the rules governing refunds, subscription cancellations, payment disputes, and other refund-related matters for products and services offered through the Pumastock Platform ("Platform").
By purchasing a Subscription, downloading Licensed Content, or otherwise using paid services available through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies published by Pumastock.
2. Digital Products
Pumastock provides access to digital products and services, including but not limited to stock photographs, vector graphics, PSD files, mockups, templates, AI-generated content, and other downloadable digital assets.
Because these are digital products that may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.
3. Subscription Plans
Pumastock may offer monthly, annual, or other subscription plans.
Each Subscription provides access to Licensed Content subject to the applicable download limits, usage rights, and License Agreement.
Subscription benefits, download limits, pricing, and available features may vary depending on the selected plan.
4. No Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases made through the Platform are final.
Pumastock does not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for:
Subscription purchases;
Partial subscription periods;
Unused download allowances;
Unused account balances;
Accidental purchases;
Failure to use the Platform;
Changes in personal preference after purchase.
Users are encouraged to review subscription details carefully before completing any purchase.
5. Download Limits
Each Subscription includes download limits that may be based on a daily, monthly, annual, or other usage period.
Unused download allowances do not accumulate, roll over, or carry forward unless expressly stated by Pumastock.
Attempts to bypass download limits through multiple accounts, automated systems, or other methods may result in suspension or termination of the account.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel the automatic renewal of their Subscription at any time through their account settings, where available.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not entitle the Subscriber to a refund for the current billing period.
Access to Subscription benefits generally continues until the end of the active subscription term unless otherwise stated.
7. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is charged more than once due to a verified technical error, Pumastock may investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, issue a refund or apply another suitable resolution.
Users should report billing issues as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid legal basis may result in temporary suspension of account access while the matter is investigated.
Pumastock reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records and account activity to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with legitimate payment disputes.
