1. Introduction

Pumastock ("Pumastock," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to protecting copyrights and other proprietary rights in accordance with applicable laws.

This Copyright Policy ("Policy") explains the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement, the review process followed by Pumastock, and the actions that may be taken in response to valid copyright claims.

Pumastock is committed to handling copyright complaints fairly, promptly, and consistently while balancing the rights of copyright owners, Contributors, Customers, and other Platform users.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, License Agreement, Contributor Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other applicable policies published on the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.


2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

Platform means the Pumastock website, applications, software, databases, services, APIs (where available), and all related technologies.

Content means photographs, illustrations, vector graphics, PSD files, mockups, templates, AI-generated content, graphics, icons, and all other digital assets made available through the Platform.

Contributor means any individual or legal entity that uploads, submits, or licenses Content through the Platform.

Customer means any User who accesses, licenses, downloads, or uses Content available through the Platform.

Copyright Owner means the individual or legal entity that owns the copyright or other applicable intellectual property rights in the Content.

Copyright Infringement Notice means a formal notification submitted by a Copyright Owner or an authorized representative alleging copyright infringement.

Counter-Notification means a formal response submitted by a Contributor disputing a copyright infringement claim.


3. Intellectual Property Principles

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Content available through the Platform remain the property of their respective Copyright Owners.

Contributors retain ownership of the copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Content they upload.

Uploading Content to the Platform does not transfer ownership of the Content or any intellectual property rights to Pumastock.

Contributors authorize Pumastock to host, display, promote, distribute, and facilitate the licensing of their Content through the Platform in accordance with the Contributor Agreement and the applicable License Agreement.

Pumastock is not the owner of Contributor Content and operates solely as a digital marketplace and licensing intermediary.


4. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any Content available through the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written Copyright Infringement Notice to Pumastock.

Copyright notices should be submitted only by the Copyright Owner or an authorized representative acting on the Copyright Owner's behalf.

Pumastock reserves the right to reject incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith copyright complaints.


5. Required Information for a Copyright Notice

To assist us in processing your request efficiently, your Copyright Infringement Notice should include, where applicable:

  • The full name of the Copyright Owner or authorized representative.

  • Contact information.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing Content on the Platform.

  • A detailed explanation of the alleged infringement.

  • Supporting documents or evidence, where available.

  • A statement that the information provided is accurate.

  • A statement confirming that the complaint is submitted in good faith.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent the investigation of your claim.


6. Investigation Process

Pumastock will review each Copyright Infringement Notice within a reasonable period of time.

During the investigation, Pumastock may, where appropriate:

  • Request additional information from the Copyright Owner.

  • Request a response or supporting information from the Contributor.

  • Request licenses, releases, or other supporting documentation.

  • Perform technical or legal reviews.

  • Consult external advisors where appropriate.

Each claim is reviewed individually based on the available facts and supporting evidence.


7. Temporary Removal of Content

Where appropriate or reasonably necessary to protect the rights of the parties involved, Pumastock may temporarily disable access to the reported Content while an investigation is ongoing.

Temporary removal does not constitute a determination that copyright infringement has occurred.

Such action is taken solely as a precautionary measure while the matter is being reviewed.


8. Repeat Infringer Policy

Pumastock reserves the right to take appropriate action against Contributors who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others.

Such actions may include, without limitation:

  • Removal of infringing Content.

  • Restriction of future uploads.

  • Suspension of Contributor privileges.

  • Temporary suspension of the Contributor Account.

  • Permanent termination of the Contributor Account.

  • Any additional legal or technical measures considered appropriate.

Each case will be evaluated individually based on its specific circumstances and the available evidence.
