AI Content Policy

1. Introduction
This AI Content Policy ("Policy") explains how Artificial Intelligence ("AI") generated or AI-assisted Content is accepted, identified, distributed, and licensed through the Pumastock Platform ("Platform").
This Policy applies to all Contributors, Customers, Users, subscribers, and other individuals accessing or using the Platform.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Contributor Agreement, License Agreement, Copyright Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable Platform policies.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to any Content that is:
Fully generated using artificial intelligence.
Partially generated using artificial intelligence.
Significantly modified using AI technologies.
Created with the assistance of generative AI tools.
Enhanced using AI-based image editing or restoration technologies.
Pumastock may update the categories of AI Content as AI technologies continue to evolve.
3. AI Content Disclosure
Contributors are responsible for accurately disclosing whether submitted Content has been created or significantly modified using artificial intelligence.
Where required by the Platform, Contributors must correctly identify AI-generated or AI-assisted Content during the submission process.
Failure to accurately disclose AI-generated Content may result in rejection of the Content, suspension of Contributor privileges, or termination of the Contributor Account.
4. Review of AI Content
AI-generated Content is subject to the same technical, legal, editorial, and quality review standards as all other Content submitted to the Platform.
Pumastock may review AI Content for:
Technical quality
Copyright compliance
Intellectual property concerns
Accuracy of AI disclosure
Metadata quality
Overall suitability for the Platform
Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.
5. Ownership and Responsibility
Contributors remain solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all rights necessary to upload and license AI-generated Content.
Contributors represent and warrant that:
They have the legal right to submit the Content.
The Content does not knowingly infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Any required permissions or authorizations have been obtained where applicable.
The information provided during submission is accurate and complete.
Pumastock does not claim ownership of AI-generated Content submitted by Contributors.
6. AI Labels
Pumastock may identify AI-generated or AI-assisted Content by applying labels such as:
AI Generated
AI Assisted
AI Enhanced
or any similar designation that improves transparency for Customers.
The labeling system may be modified as industry standards evolve.
7. Prohibited AI Content
The following AI-generated Content may be rejected or removed from the Platform:
Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Fraudulent or intentionally misleading Content.
Deepfakes created to deceive or impersonate individuals.
Content promoting illegal activities.
Harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or hateful Content.
Malware or malicious files.
Content violating applicable laws or Platform policies.
Pumastock reserves the right to reject any AI-generated Content that does not meet Platform standards.
8. Customer Information
Customers are encouraged to review any available AI labels before licensing Content.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that the licensed Content is suitable for their intended use and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and the License Agreement.
9. Policy Updates
Artificial intelligence technologies continue to evolve rapidly.
Pumastock reserves the right to modify this Policy, its review standards, labeling requirements, and submission procedures at any time to reflect technological developments, legal requirements, or operational needs.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.
