Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules governing the proper, lawful, secure, and responsible use of the Pumastock Platform ("Platform").

This Policy applies to all visitors, Users, Customers, Contributors, subscribers, and any other individuals or entities accessing or using the Platform.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, License Agreement, Contributor Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies published by Pumastock.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to:

Protect the security of the Platform.
Protect the rights of Users, Customers, Contributors, and third parties.
Protect intellectual property rights.
Maintain the integrity, availability, and reliability of the Platform.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activities.
Promote a safe, fair, and professional marketplace for digital content.

3. Account Usage

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts.

You agree that you will not:

Share your account with another person.
Allow another person to access your account.
Create fraudulent or misleading accounts.
Use another person's identity or credentials.
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Each User is solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data.
Circumventing or attempting to bypass Platform security measures.
Uploading viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.
Creating fake accounts or impersonating another individual or organization.
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or misleading activities.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users.
Violating the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

5. Automated Access

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Pumastock, you may not use:

Bots
Robots
Crawlers
Scrapers
Spiders
Automated download tools
Data harvesting software
Artificial traffic generation tools
Automated account creation systems

The automated collection of data, large-scale downloading of Content, or monitoring of the Platform through automated means is strictly prohibited.

6. Misuse of Licensed Content

Users may not:

Use Licensed Content in violation of the applicable License Agreement.
Resell or redistribute Licensed Content as a standalone file.
Upload Licensed Content to another stock content platform.
Share Licensed Content with unauthorized third parties.
Remove, alter, or conceal copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, or other proprietary notices.
Use Licensed Content in any manner that infringes applicable intellectual property rights.

7. Abuse of Download Limits

The following activities are prohibited:

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent download limits.
Sharing accounts with other individuals or organizations.
Using automated systems to download Content.
Attempting to bypass Subscription limitations.
Engaging in activities intended to manipulate download quotas or usage restrictions.

8. Platform Security

Users shall not:

Attempt to compromise the security of the Platform.
Exploit vulnerabilities or security weaknesses.
Perform unauthorized penetration testing.
Interfere with network communications.
Launch denial-of-service (DoS), distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), or similar attacks.
Introduce malicious software or harmful code into the Platform.
Interfere with the availability, integrity, or functionality of any Platform service.

9. Enforcement

If this Policy is violated, Pumastock may, at its sole discretion and depending on the nature and severity of the violation:

Issue a warning.
Remove or disable Content.
Restrict download privileges.
Suspend Contributor privileges.
Temporarily suspend the User Account.
Permanently terminate the User Account.
Suspend or terminate active Subscriptions.
Initiate legal proceedings where appropriate.

Nothing in this Policy limits Pumastock's right to take any additional action permitted under applicable law or under any other agreement governing the use of the Platform.
